Kinopy terms of use

These terms cover your use of Kinopy at kinopy.day. When you play Kinopy, you agree to them. Last updated on 25 October 2026.

Who publishes Kinopy

Tetsuhiro Development, a sole proprietorship in Singapore (UEN 53495619W), publishes Kinopy. Email hello@tetsuhiro.dev with any question about these terms.

Acceptable use

Kinopy is a free daily puzzle for play. Use it as a player would. Do not do any of the following:

Accounts

Signing in is optional. You sign in with a Google account, and you must keep that account secure. You can delete your Kinopy account at any time from the Account sheet.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. We can also change or stop Kinopy at any time. The privacy page says what Kinopy keeps about you.

Ownership

Tetsuhiro Development makes Kinopy and owns its code and art.

Art and code

The code of the game draws the art of Kinopy. The game makes the plants, the tiles and the wordmark in the browser.

Kinopy can still hold mistakes. Tell us if you find one.

No warranty

Kinopy comes as it is, and as it is available. We do not promise that it will run without a break or a fault. We do not promise that Kinopy will never lose your saved progress.

Limit of liability

Kinopy is free. To the most that the law allows, Tetsuhiro Development is not liable for any loss that comes from your use of Kinopy. This covers lost progress, lost streaks and any indirect loss.

Nothing in these terms limits a right that the law gives you and that a contract cannot remove.

Singapore law

The laws of Singapore govern these terms. The courts of Singapore have the right to hear any dispute about them.

Changes to these terms

We can change these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest change. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
